Snatch! Records founder and internationally acclaimed producer Riva Starr delivers an unexpected mashup of two recent club cuts.

Garnering attention from top level selectors upon release in 2021, Riva’s ‘Love Divine’ (featuring soulful vocals from Phebe Edwards) combines with Soul City Connection’s ‘Brotherly Love’, originally released with Big Love records earlier in 2022, to form ‘Brotherly Love Divine’ – a modern track full of timeless musical influences that embodies the sound of Glitterbox.

The release also features a variety of remixes, making it extremely versatile. A collaborative remix by Jamie 3:26 and Danou P has a minimal vibe with classic disco flourishes that are used sparingly over an unassuming, solid bass. Riva’s regular collaborator Mark Broom’s remix is also playful, upping the tempo and fragmenting the vocals. Finally, Nigel Lowis, the mind behind Soul City Connection, provides an edit of the track that incorporates the big and brassy feel of the Big Love original.
