Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.

Usually I’m not that hungry first thing in the morning, but because I keep getting told that line, I try to eat something before I leave the house.

This week I made something different from my usual blueberry smoothie… it goes a little something like this….

4 x Weet-Bix
1 x scoop chocolate protein powder
1 x cup of unsweetened almond milk
1 x squeeze of honey

IT WAS AMAZING!!!

If you like a Crunchie bar (I prefer Violet Crumble), it tastes just like that…. and it fills you up until lunch time and gives you energy all morning.
