The original brings proper house vibes with a slinky groove, cool piano licks and a slick female vocal dropping the title line and lifting us all higher. A great house cut in it’s own right, but then we add a stack of classy remixes to top it off…
Frankie Romano drops a cool house vibe, again utilising the sweet vocal, over traditional house production… Piano’s and smooth chord stabs all add to the cracking groove that slides under the sexy vocal.
Melbourne’s Jared Marston then keeps things funky with a fat grooved take on the track. The vocal remains, this time driven by big drums, claps and an uber funky bassline.
Last but by no means least, Lou Casablanca delivers a superb house remix. Chunky drums kick it off with building strings and piano before the bass drops with some wha-style funky guitar to really bring the groove. Again the simple but classy vocal hook sings over the top.
A stylish release from Marcus and one that will sit right in the pocket of proper house music fans!
